Our services
Mahjong Made EZ offers American Mahjong instruction and guided play sessions in the Scottsdale, Arizona area. Services include private lessons, group lessons, and guided play sessions. All sessions follow NMJL (National Mah Jongg League) rules.

Booking and payment
All sessions require prepayment to confirm your booking. After you book, I'll reach out to discuss the session location and any details. Your booking is not considered confirmed until payment is received.
Pricing is listed on our website. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect sessions you've already booked and paid for.

Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling
You can reschedule your session directly from your booking confirmation email at no charge, as long as you do so at least 24 hours before your session. For full cancellation and refund details, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Session location
Sessions are based in the Scottsdale area. After you book, we'll figure out the best location together. Sessions may take place at the instructor's home, your home, or a spot that's convenient for both of us.
If your preferred location is outside Scottsdale, a $10 travel fee applies. The Phoenix metro area covers a lot of ground (it can easily take over two hours to get from one side to the other!), so let's find a spot that works for both of us when we connect after your booking.

NMJL cards
During lessons, a card is provided for learning purposes.

Your responsibilities
Please arrive on time for your session. If you're running late, let me know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we schedule back-to-back and cannot always extend.

Limitation of liability
Mahjong Made EZ LLC provides instructional and recreational services. We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during a session, whether held at our location, yours, or a third-party venue.

Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mahjong Made EZ LLC or used with permission and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
