Refund & Cancellation Policy

Life happens! Here's the short version:
Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before your session: Full refund if you cancel, no questions asked.
Need to move it instead? You can reschedule right from your booking confirmation email, free of charge.
Cancel less than 24 hours before your session: No refund, but you're welcome to send someone in your place.
Instructor cancellation: If Mary Beth needs to cancel, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
No-show without any contact: The session is forfeited with no refund.
Booked a group lesson and someone can't make it? Just let me know at least 24 hours ahead. I'll adjust the group size and refund the difference.
Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically show up within 5 to 10 business days.
