Privacy Policy

Mahjong Made EZ LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how and why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your choices.

What information we collect

When you visit our website, book a session, or contact us, we may collect the following personal information:

• Your name and email address

• Phone number (if you provide it)

• Names of group members (for group lesson bookings)

• Payment information (processed securely by Wix Payments; we never see or store your full card number)

In addition, certain information is collected automatically when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This data is collected by the Wix platform to help the site function properly.

How we collect your information

We collect information in two ways:

Information you provide directly: when you book a session through our online booking system, fill out a contact form, send us an email, or call or text us.

Information collected automatically: when you visit our website, the Wix platform collects standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and to understand how visitors use it.

Why we collect your information

We collect personal information for the following purposes:

• To confirm and manage your booking

• To contact you about your upcoming session, including a follow-up phone call to discuss location and logistics

• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts

• To respond to questions or requests you send us

• To maintain business and tax records as required by law

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

How we store and protect your information

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data is stored through Wix.com's secure servers behind a firewall. All payment gateways offered through Wix.com adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information.

How we communicate with you

After you book a session, Mary Beth will call you by phone (using the number you provide) to introduce herself, discuss the session location, and answer any questions. If she can't reach you by phone, she'll follow up by email.

We may also contact you by email to send booking confirmations, receipts, reminders, and to respond to any messages you've sent us.

We do not send marketing emails or promotional messages unless you specifically ask to receive them. We will never contact you on behalf of a third party.

Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies through the Wix platform to keep things running smoothly, such as maintaining your session during the booking and checkout process. These cookies are essential for the site to function.

Third-party services used by the site (such as Wix analytics) may also place cookies. These are covered by their own privacy policies, not ours.

You can manage your cookie preferences through the privacy settings banner that appears when you visit our site, or through your browser settings at any time.
