Cancellation Policy

Life happens! Here's the short version: Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before your session: Full refund, no questions asked. Or we can just move it to a day that works better, free of charge. Cancel less than 24 hours before your session: No refund, but you're welcome to send someone in your place. No-show without any contact: The session is forfeited with no refund. Booked a group lesson and someone can't make it? Just let me know at least 24 hours ahead. I'll adjust the group size and refund the difference.
